Yes, it can be placed outdoors, but we recommend covering the chiller to protect it from rain and keeping the plunge out of direct sunlight. Also, choose a surface that allows proper drainage and won’t risk puncturing the tub.
Simply detach the bottom hose from the tub’s outlet and direct it toward the desired drainage area. Gravity will do the rest.
Yes, each plunge comes with an insulated lid to help maintain the temperature and keep debris out.
Inflate the tub, connect the bottom hose from the tub’s bottom outlet to the chiller’s bottom outlet, and the top hose from the tub’s top outlet to the chiller’s top outlet. Fill the tub until the water level reaches the top hole of the tub (ignore the printed fill line). Once filled, turn on the chiller to start cooling the water.
It depends on your experience level:Beginners: Start at 14°C (55°F)After 1 week: Lower to 10°C (50°F)Then 7°C (44.6°F)Finally 3°C (37.4°F) for the coldest challenge.Adjust as you become more comfortable with the cold exposure.
